1. Eligibility for 100% Full Refund or Free Replacement

  • Damaged or Shattered on Arrival: Any item broken or damaged during domestic or international shipping.
  • Manufacturing or Personalization Error: Any discrepancy between your approved live preview and the physical product received (wrong name, date, photo, character, color, or size).
  • Material or Print Quality Defect: Any UV print, dye-sublimation, or DTG flaw, LED base malfunction, or structural defect.
