At Draconer, all items are personalized and manufactured on demand. To ensure speedy delivery, our automated fulfillment system routes orders to production shortly after payment.

How to Submit a Request

If you need to cancel or change details within the 2-hour window, please contact us immediately:

• Details to Include: Your full name, order ID, and the exact changes requested (or confirmation of cancellation).

Our support team will promptly confirm your request and issue a full refund (for cancellations) or update your production design accordingly.

After 2 Hours (In Production)

Once the 2-hour window has elapsed, the personalized production process begins. Because custom goods cannot be restocked or resold to another customer, orders in production cannot be cancelled. However, upon arrival, if there are any defects or damages, our Replacement & Refund Policy fully covers your purchase!
